This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information related to your use of the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
1. Information We Collect
To provide AI try-on, wedding portrait generation, outfit styling, account, and order services, we may collect or use the following information:
- Content you provide: For example, portrait photos taken with your camera or selected from your photo library, clothing images, and any necessary information you provide to complete the service (such as a nickname).
- Face/portrait data: When you use the AI try-on, wedding portrait, or outfit styling features, the portrait photos you upload contain facial information (face data). This data is used solely for AI image generation processing (e.g., dressing a person in clothing, generating wedding portraits) and will not be used for facial recognition, identity verification, or any other biometric identification purposes. Face data is not used for AI model training.
- Device and log information: Such as device model, operating system version, app version, network type, approximate timestamps, and crash logs, used to ensure service stability and security auditing.
- Account and transaction information: If you use features such as registration, sign-in, points top-up, or in-app purchases (IAP), we may process necessary information related to orders and payment receipt verification (subject to payment channel and platform rules).
- Local storage: We may use device local storage (such as system-provided key-value storage) to save login status, preference settings, etc., to improve your experience.
2. Permissions
The App may use the following system capabilities after obtaining your authorization. You can manage these permissions in your device settings:
- Camera: Used to take portrait photos for AI try-on, wedding portraits, or outfit styling generation.
- Photo Library (Read): Used to select portrait or clothing photos from your photo library for generation.
- Photo Library (Write/Save): Used to save generated results to your photo library.
If you decline a permission, the corresponding feature may be unavailable, but other features that do not depend on that permission will remain accessible.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve AI try-on, wedding portrait, and outfit styling services;
- To process orders, complete points top-ups and in-app purchases, and provide customer support;
- To perform identity verification, risk management, anti-fraud measures, and other processing required for compliance;
- To conduct statistical analysis and product optimization within the scope permitted by applicable law (using de-identified or aggregated data wherever possible).
4. Data Storage and Security
We retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data security, including encrypted data transmission, encrypted server-side storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please safeguard your account information and avoid disclosing it to others.
Retention period for face data: Portrait photos you upload (containing facial information) and AI-generated results will be retained for 30 days after the service is completed and then automatically deleted. If you choose to delete your account, all related data (including face data) will be deleted immediately.
5. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share necessary information only in the following circumstances: with your consent; to fulfill legal obligations or comply with regulatory or judicial requirements; with service providers (such as cloud service providers, AI generation service providers, payment and analytics service providers) to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and we require them to adopt protective measures no less stringent than those in this policy.
Third-party AI services: The App uses third-party AI image generation services to process photos you upload. Details are as follows:
- Data sent: Portrait photos you upload (containing facial information), clothing images, and related generation parameters (such as scene, pose, quantity, etc.). Your account passwords, phone numbers, or other sensitive account information are not sent.
- Data recipients: Aizwear servers (open.geimeng.cn) and the third-party AI image generation provider OpenAI, LLC. Data is transmitted via encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS).
- Purpose: Used solely to generate the AI try-on, wedding portrait, or outfit styling images you request. After generation is complete, the resulting images are transmitted back to our servers for you to view and download.
- Data protection: We require OpenAI, LLC to provide protective measures no less stringent than this policy, not use your data for AI model training, not share data with other third parties, and delete original data in accordance with its data retention policies after processing is complete.
Before you use an AI generation feature for the first time, the App will display a data sharing notice to explain the above and obtain your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account via "Profile → About → Delete Account," which will remove all your data.
6. Children's Privacy
If you are a minor, please read this policy and use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian. Guardians should pay attention to the protection of minors' information. We may implement additional protective measures for minors' information as required by law.
7. Your Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may access, copy, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, delete your account, or restrict processing.
- Delete account: You can initiate account deletion within the App via "Profile → About → Delete Account." After deletion, your personal information, uploaded photos (including face data), and generation records will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
- Withdraw consent: Deleting your account constitutes withdrawal of consent to this privacy policy and data sharing.
- Other rights: To access, copy, or correct your personal information, please contact us using the information provided below.
8. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy from time to time. When updated, we will notify you through in-app prompts, announcements, or page updates. For significant changes, we will obtain necessary consent as required by law. Please review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
