Welcome to Aizwear (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This User Agreement is a binding agreement between you and the operator of the App regarding your use of the App and its related services. Please read and fully understand this agreement before using the App. By registering, signing in, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
1. Services
The App provides the following AI image generation services and related features:
- Wedding Portraits: Upload a couple photo or separate individual photos to generate AI wedding portrait results.
- AI Try-On: Upload a person photo and a clothing image, and the AI will render the person wearing the selected outfit.
- Outfit Styling: Upload top and bottom garment images, and the AI will generate styled outfit showcase images.
Specific services are subject to what is actually available in the App. We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, or maintain service features as needed.
2. Account and Usage Rules
- You shall ensure that all information provided during registration, sign-in, and use is truthful, lawful, and valid.
- You shall safeguard your account information and are responsible for all activities under your account.
- You shall not use the App for any illegal or unlawful activities or infringe upon the rights of others.
- You shall not upload images containing pornographic, violent, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise illegal content.
- You shall not reverse-engineer the App, carry out malicious attacks, scrape data, or engage in any other activity that compromises system security or stability.
3. User Content and Licensing
You must ensure that all images and content you upload, capture, or submit through the App are ones you have legal rights to or have obtained the necessary authorization for. Such content must not contain any illegal, infringing, or inappropriate material.
To deliver the services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display your submitted content as necessary (e.g., AI generation, result preview, download, save, and community showcase). This license is limited to what is necessary to provide the App's services.
Works you publish on the community plaza may be viewed, liked, and saved by other users. You may withdraw your works from the plaza at any time.
4. Points and Payments
The App operates on a points-based consumption model:
- New users receive complimentary initial points upon registration.
- Each AI generation consumes points based on the resolution and number of images.
- Points can be purchased via in-app purchase (IAP). Purchased points are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Members enjoy points discounts, monthly bonus points, free low-resolution generations, and other benefits as displayed on the membership page.
5. Membership Subscription (If Applicable)
The App offers membership subscription services through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Subscription pricing, benefits, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation rules are detailed in the Auto-Renewal Subscription Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App's software, interface design, trademarks, copy, and related content belong to the operator or respective rights holders. No individual or organization may use, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit these without authorization.
You may use AI-generated result images for personal purposes within the bounds of the law. For commercial use, please contact us for authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the continuity and security of the services, but interruptions, delays, or errors may still occur due to technical conditions, network environments, or third-party services. AI-generated results may differ from your expectations and do not constitute any promise or guarantee.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, system maintenance, communication failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Points deducted for failed generations will be automatically refunded in accordance with the App's rules.
8. Agreement Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to update this agreement in accordance with applicable laws, business developments, or operational needs. Updates will be communicated through in-app announcements, page updates, or other reasonable means. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the App; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
If you violate this agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to restrict features, suspend, or terminate services as appropriate.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For matters not covered by this agreement, please refer to the Privacy Policy and related documentation.
